• Work with medical staff to create patient care plans

• Work one-on-one with patients and newborn to ensure their needs are met

• Develop and implement policies and protocols that will ensure the success of our program

• Serve as point of contact between providers and patients

• Be a familiar, reliable, and accessible resource for patients as they navigate a stressful time

• Obtain patient outcomes after delivery

• Ensure that all HIPAA regulations are followed

• BSN degree required.
• Valid registered nurse license to practice in New Jersey.
• BLS certification required.
• Previous experience in pediatrics, maternal fetal medicine, or obstetrics preferred.
• Prior healthcare administration experience would also contribute to success in this role.

• Working knowledge of key medical terminology and willingness to learn about the clinical aspects of perinatal care.

• Excellent communication, empathy, and leadership skills

• Skill at implementing new protocols and procedures to optimize efficiency
